We acquired 40+ acres for the customer in this deal. The approvals in the Town of Montgomery, New York were managed by Jacobowitz and Gubits Land Planning Department, Tom Olley, PE, and the Chazen Companies. The Town of Montgomery granted the approvals in 8 months. The 80 door terminal opened in August 2003.
